E-commerce integrations with
last mile delivery service
Conexa developed a logistics solution for Glovo LATAM, integrating their platform with the main E-commerce operators in the region, in order to extend the reach and potential of their delivery service fleet.
This solution enabled vendors/merchants who work with E-commerce platforms (and marketplaces) to select Glovo as a shipping method for their sales. With this tech development, vendors can now share with their customers live tracking information that gives them the exact location of their assigned delivery person.

Conexa approached the implementation of an algorithm that allows Glovo to funnel and fulfill various orders in one same delivery mission. In other words, we prepared Glovo’s services creating specific API Endpoints in order to offer “Multi Drop-off”.
This innovative feature in the shipping process leads to reduction in costs and more efficient logistics operations. Additionally, we assisted Glovo in the Latinamerican and European markets to improve their integrations with the following marketplaces: Mercado Libre, Tienda Nube, Prestashop, Alibaba and others.
In this addition, this tech development enabled vendors to share with their customer live tracking data of the assigned delivery messenger through a specific landing connected to Glovo’s services.
Another layer of complexity in the solution developed by Conexa was the control panel designed to provide vendor with additional support from Glovo. This control panel gives vendors the capacity to easily visualize all of the ongoing and past order information.
